Important visitor information:

• To comply with social distancing and other safety guidelines, all appointment times will be staggered by 60 minutes, to allow us to sterilize and reset the room.
• Prior to arriving for your appointment, you must complete intake and consent form.  A link to this form is available here to fill out the form.
• Please notify us when scheduling if you don’t have access to the internet via computer or phone.
• Some form of massage will require a partial undress, so that you will be comfortable, please wear modest underwear or even a pair of shorts is appropriate.
